Cancellations

I am happy to honor a cancellation; as long as the order has not been processed and shipped.

I don't accept returns or exchanges.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Shipping

Processing times are 1-2 days.

Please make sure your address is correct before submitting your order. Poopa’s Prints is not responsible if a package is returned due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned because of this, the buyer is responsible to pay fees to re-ship.

Estimated shipping dates will be listed under the "Purchases and Reviews" section of your account.

Once an order is marked shipped, it is out of our control and becomes the responsibility of the USPS. If there are any delivery issues, please contact your local post office with assisting you and figuring out any issues that you may face. We will do our best to help in any issues.
